Regarding tag settings, we support two methods for adding tags. You can choose either of the following methods:
You can view and edit tags at Settings > Tags.
You can tag users in the Contact list section, or you can tag users in the Inbox tool.
Log in to your Expediusly account, navigate to Contact > Settings > Tags.
Click Add Tag, add a new tag, and click Save to complete the operation. After successful addition, you can edit and delete the tag.
Log in to your Expediusly account, navigate to Contact > Contact list > Add tag.
Click Add tag, enter the tag you want to add, and click Create new tag to complete the operation.
