Create a WhatsApp Business API Account

Prerequisites

Please note: If you already have your own BM account, you can also use your existing BM account during the embedded sign-up.

A Facebook account
A phone number
- This phone number must be able to receive voice calls or SMS
- This number must not have been previously registered with WhatsApp App or WhatsApp Business App

Step 1: Create a WhatsApp Business API Account

Click the button below to start the embedded sign-up process

After successful creation, you can check the account in WhatsApp Account, go to 👉

Step 2: Complete Business Verification

Why business verification is necessary:

Unverified BM account: Can only associate with a maximum of 2 numbers, with a daily conversation limit of 250
Verified BM account: Can associate with up to 20 numbers, with a daily conversation limit that can grow

1. Prerequisites

Please prepare the following materials and ensure all materials are authentic and reliable:

Please note: Ensure that your company's official website footer includes the company information corresponding to your business license, and both need to be exactly the same

Basic information of the enterprise: name, address, phone number, official website
Business license/registration certificate

2. Initiate BM Verification

Ensure you are the admin of the BM account, then go to the BM backend security center to initiate verification:

3. Wait for Verification Results

Usually within 1-2 working days, you will receive an email notification.
